Game of Thrones season 7 just got bloodier with the airing of the 4th episode, The Spoils of War.
The episode saw Arya’s homecoming, the union of the Stark children (with the exception of Jon), and an (extremely) important and gory battle.
A low resolution version of the episode was leaked on Friday from Star India servers. However, the true impact of the episode, with its commendable graphics, could only be experienced in high definition.
Mind = Blown
According to fans, this is the best episode of the entire season so far. It generated a range of emotions on the interweb.
Clever Throwbacks
Fans were quick to point out the clever throwbacks to the previous seasons in the episode.
Jon and Daenerys Union Teased
The episode definitely had some Jon and Daenerys moments that teased their expected union.
However, fans expressed some frustration regarding Daenerys’ stubborn appeal to Jon to bend the knee.
Game of Thrones’ official Twitter account responded to this by quoting Emilia Clarke (who plays Daenerys Targaryen).
