Dancing Uncle, alias Dabbu Uncle, alias Sanjeev Shrivastava, is back with another dancing number. This time he is grooving to dance maestro Mithun Chakraborty’s ‘Julie Julie’ from the Bollywood movie Jeete Hain Shaan Se (1987).
“Feeling Immense Pleasure to perform on one of the famous songs of My Dance Guru “Mithun Da”...Hope u people will like it (sic),” Shrivastava wrote on his YouTube channel.
The video has gone viral on social media, already garnering more than 100,000 views on YouTube.
Srivastava is a professor in the Electronics Department at the Bhabha Engineering Research Institute in Bhopal. He took the internet by storm in June this year, when a video of him performing at a friend’s wedding in Gwalior went viral on social media.
‘Dancing Uncle’ soon became a sensation and internet’s favourite dancing star. Since then, he has shaken a leg with Salman Khan and his inspiration, Govinda.
Considering the comments on the video and how widely it’s being shared on social media, the popularity of Dancing Uncle only seems to be growing. He has definitely acquired some loyal fans.
