Companies in China to Give ‘Dating Leaves’ to Single Women

Two companies in China have committed to giving ‘dating leaves’ to single women over the age of thirty.

Two companies in China — Hangzhou Songcheng Performance and Hangzhou Songcheng Tourism — have committed to giving extra eight days of leaves for dating to single women who are over the age of thirty.

The Human Resources Manager of Hangzhou Songcheng Performance, Huang Lei, said that the employees of the company welcomed the decision with open arms, reported Zhejiang Online.

Huang Lei added that if the women in this age bracket are happier in their personal lives, they will produce much better results while working.
