Actor-producer Neha Dhupia is currently hosting the sixth season of her chat show, 'No Filter Neha.' The Quint caught up with Neha on the sets of the show, and spoke to her about conceptualising the podcast, how difficult it is to get the guests on her show, how the film industry has changed for women, and more.
"The format of the show is... we go from introducing the person, to getting to know them, to understanding their emotions and finally we play games with the hosts. The games make the show too much fun. The more you know the guests, the more they open up."Neha Dhupia, Actor and Producer
Speaking about how involved she is in the whole process Neha said, "I am very much involved. From the time the first call comes to the time we are reaching out to the actors to figuring out the posters... I oversee everything. As a producer sometimes I wonder, 'why am I doing this to myself?"
Neha also explained how the process works. "The duty of the producer kicks in first. Then I get into writing with my writer. I do the reading with my writer, and the process is so interesting because we do a lot of assumptions as to what the celeb will answer. Then we conceptualise the game. However with everyone, the questions and games change so we have to tweak till the last minute."
