For those who love making excuses, here's another golden one to add to your list! The next time you’re caught unaware or getting scolded by the boss for being late, you can pull a fast one like Moon Moon Sen and blame it on the late ‘bed tea’!
The Trinamool Congress candidate in Bengal’s Asansol, had a big troll-worthy moment when her response to NDTV on being asked about the clashes in her constituency was,
“I really don’t know, I got my bed tea very late.”
Honestly, I commend her candor!
Which other politician do we know would openly sabotage themselves by being so refreshingly truthful? LITERALLY, NO ONE.
But why stop at just being unaware of what’s happening in your constituency? There are so many things one can afford to not know, simply because they didn't get their bed tea on time and hence snoozed to glory.
Like these following questions for instance -
Unfortunately for her, her saga of sad commentary did not stop. When all hell was breaking loose at the polling booths in Asansol, Moon Moon responded “ A little violence always happens”, to news agency ANI.
Back at it with that honesty again! I think somebody’s yet to give her the memo on diplomacy and political correctness.
Maybe the EC could release a special PSA for Moon Moon Sen on things one can maybe think but certainly not say on national television.
