Onam is all about transcendental gastronomic experiences. So make your way to VB Signature in Chennai, and try their special pradhaman which is cooled with nitrogen.

Pradhaman is the Kerala equivalent of North India’s kheer. You've been loosening the Mundu for the sadhya (feast) every Onam so far. Now, it’s time to free(ze) your mind and mix up tradition with new age cooking.
