Indians love to Indianise – we have Indianised everything from chowmein to pasta. We have also successfully appropriated the famous Maggi instant noodles.

And now that the noodles are back in Indian markets, enjoy some of our popular desi Maggi recipes.

How much aloo can one eat? If you’re Indian, a lot! But sometimes we need a break, so, some great thinking Indian took the aloo out of the tikki and added Maggi. Oh, and don’t forget the garnishing on top.

The South Indian dosa, which traditionally came with potato filling, now comes with Maggi filling. We wonder if the sambaar has Maggi masala as well.
