Ingredients

Mutton: 1 kg
Onions: ½ kg
Raw spices: 25 gm
Ginger and garlic: 100 gm
Coriander: 50 gm
Green chilies: 50gm
Grinded chilly: 20 gm
Coriander powder: 50 gm
Turmeric: 10 gm
Tomatoes: 250 gm
Cashew nuts: 50 gm
Curd: 100 gm
Oil: 150 gm
Ghee: 50 gm

Method

Heat oil in a deep pan. Add Ghee. Add raw spices. Add ginger and garlic paste. Add chopped green chillies. Add chopped onions and cook till they are brown in color. Now mix tomatoes and cashew nuts with cooked onions and grind them. Heat oil in a separate pan and add mutton.

Tip: Use the same oil to make it tastier. Add other spices and salt. Mix well. Add the cooked onion paste. Add curd. Add some water. Now let the mutton cook on a low flame for 45 mins. Mix curd. Let the mutton cook on a low flame for 45 minutes. Garnish with coriander and ginger.
