Andy Murray got a metal hip implant one year after his first procedure on the joint. This hip resurfacing surgery is his second one on the hip.
The former World Number 1 and three-time Grand Slam champion posted on Instagram saying that he had the surgery in London on Monday.
He posted two pictures — one of him in a hospital bed, the other of an X-ray. He humourously wrote, “I now have a metal hip as you can see and I look like I’ve got a bit of a gut.”
