Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson Test Positive for Coronavirus
Hollywood actor Tom Hanks took to Twitter to announce he and his wife, Rita Wilson, have tested positive for Coronavirus. They contracted the virus, after visiting Australia, where they traveled to commence the biopic of American singer Elvis Presley.
Akshay’s ‘Sooryavanshi’ Postponed Over Coronavirus Outbreak
In light of the coronavirus pandemic, Akshay Kumar and Rohit Shetty have announced that the release of their upcoming film Sooryavanshi has been postponed until further notice. Producers Rohit Shetty Picturez have issued a statement saying, “We have been as excited as you are to present the film to you and your family, but due to the recent outburst of the COVID-19 (coronavirus), we, the makers, have decided to postponse the release of your film ‘Sooryavanshi’, keeping in mind the health and safety of our beloved audience.”
“And therefore, Sooryavanshi will be back for you just when the time is right. After all, safety comes first. Until then, keep the excitement alive, take good care of yourself and stay strong. We shall pull through this,” it added.

Cinema Halls in Delhi to Remain Shut till 31 March
In light of the coronavirus outbreak in India, Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday announced that all movie theatres will remain shut till 31 March, reported ANI. Disinfecting all public places, including govt, pvt offices and shopping malls, has been made compulsory, Kejriwal said.

After her television stint with Bigg Boss 13, actor Rashami Desai is all set to return to the small screen with Ekta Kapoor’s Naagin 4. The show’s creative producer Mukta Dhond, shared a clip on Instagram with the caption, “What’s #rashmidesai doing for holi?? #naagin #comingsoon” as Rashami is seen shooting for a Holi episode. While not much is known about her character, reports suggest that she will play as young girl named, Shalaka. Contrary to earlier reports, she won’t be replacing Jasmin as Nayanthara.
