Henri Tiphagne

Henri Tiphagne is a senior human rights lawyer and the Executive Director of People's Watch, a human rights organisation based in Tamil Nadu. He has over 40 years of experience working to protect human rights, particularly against custodial violence and caste-based atrocities, which includes litigation before Indian courts, human rights institutions, and the United Nations mechanisms.
