When Mike ‘Hot-Pence’ Dropped His Pants to Raise Money for Charity

When Glenn Pannell dressed up as American vice-president elect Mike Pence, his costume was much appreciated. He decided to put the positive response to good use – by using the avatar to raise money for charity.
Going by the name Mike Hot-Pence, Pannell now walks around Times Square dressed as the politician. The money raised will go to Planned Parenthood and the International Refugee Assistance Project (IRAP). He has managed to raise $7,000 so far.
I am maybe the happiest that I’ve been in my entire adult life. I come home with so much energy and with so much hope. I feel like what I am doing with the fundraising is actually making a tangible difference.
