People in a tiny village called Betul in Madhya Pradesh, believe that dipping their children in cow dung will bring them good health and a life free from any ailments.

For weeks, people in the village collect cow dung in one place and store it in a huge pile. One morning, after offering a special prayer to Hindu Gods, people start dipping their children – as young as one-year-old – in the pile.
