Sajjad Mughal who had been in jail for murdering a 25-year-old lawyer in 2012 is now missing. He was granted parole in Friday and now he along with his family are reported missing. In view of this glaring security lapse, the Maharashtra government has decided to change its parole rules which had also come under question when Sanjay Dutt was in jail.
