Rahul was detained once before on Wednesday when he went to Ram Manohar Lohia hospital to meet the deceased ex-serviceman’s family was denied entry. He was released shortly after from Mandir Marg police station.

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal too has been reportedly detained. Kejriwal was prevented and subsequently detained outside the Ram Manohar Lohia hospital, after he attempted to meet the family of Grewal.
