Marking the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday flagged off a unity run in New Delhi.

Praising the ‘Iron Man’ for integrating over 500 states into the Indian union, Modi said that it was Patel’s uncompromising vision that encouraged several of his policies.

He also announced the inauguration of a digital museum dedicated to to Patel.
