‘Farmers’ Issues Are A Priority For Our Govt’

Baghel says that farmers’ issues are the government’s priority. Not just loan waiver, they have several schemes to develop Chhattisgarh.

“If Rs 3.5 lakh crore loan can be waived for top 15 industrialists in this country then why not for farmers? If there are 16 lakh farmers in my state and are indebted to say 6,000 crore or 8,000 crores then why can’t we waive it off?”
