The ICJ unanimously stayed Indian national Kulbhushan Jadhav’s death sentence on Thursday until its proceedings are over. It also reminded Pakistan that this order is legally binding upon them
It’s a great vindication of India’s stand and the entire Indian team at Hague deserves to be congratulated.
