Hyderabad Building Collapse: At Least 11 Dead, Many Feared Trapped

Telangana Home Minister NN Reddy said violation of rules has been noticed in the construction of the building.

At least eleven people died and two, including a child, have been rescued from the collapsed seven-storey building in Hyderabad, which was under construction.

About 10 families, mostly labourers, were living in the premises of the Nanakramguda building, according to Hyderabad Mayor B Rammohan.

Telangana Home Minister N Narsimha Reddy and several other leaders and officials rushed to the spot, where rescue work was underway.

Reddy said violation of rules has been noticed in the construction of the building.
