Election season is upon us as five states across India will be going to the polls in February and March, and one of them is Punjab. Punjab will vote on 4 February to decide who will be their new government, and even though almost three months have passed since PM Modi announced demonetisation, the cash crunch still plagues the voters of this agrarian state.
