In a country like Pakistan, that is known for its religious violence,a Muslim and a Christian family have come together to showcase brotherhood to the world.

On the outskirts of Faisalabad, northeastern province of Punjab, Izaq Farooq (Muslim villager) is helping his Christian neighbour, Faryal Masih build the first church in the locality.

In a city where the village’s minority are often under attack, having a church was just a far fetched dream.

Izaq Farooq and Faryal Masih pray that they do not witness the horror of the Gojra (few stones away from Faisalabad) violence in 2009 that killed 10 people.

They came together to build a church to prove that two people from different communities can live in harmony.
