‘Cricket Needs Innovation’: Misbah & Morgan Speak About T10 League

The Quint caught up with former Pakistan captain Misbah-ul-Haq and England’s current ODI and T20 captain Eoin Morgan at the announcement of the T10 cricket league in Dubai. A 10-overs-per-side league will be played later this year.
The tournament has attracted big names such as Shahid Afridi, Virender Sehwag, and Kumar Sangakkara among others.
Misbah-ul-Haq said that cricket needs an innovative idea and a T10 format will be very exciting for the players and the fans.
Morgan said that the entertainment value of this tournament will be awesome and that he is really looking forward to it.
