DGMO of Indian Army, Lt General Ranbir Singh on Saturday announced that Indian Army had launched a surgical strike at terror camps operating in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir. However, The Quint spoke to some of the Kashmiris who do not believe the claims made by Indian army.

These residents of Srinagar believe that Indian Army ‘staged’ these surgical strikes to divert the attention of global community from the issues in Kashmir.

However, there were other Kashmiris who urged the leadership of both India and Pakistan to restart the process of dialogue and resolve the issue of Kashmir peacefully. They said that a war between two countries with nuclear capabilities will not result in anything good for Kashmir.
