Daughter Demands Justice By Writing Letter In Blood to UP CM

Latika Bansal, a 15-year-old from UP wrote a letter to Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav in her own blood, demanding justice for her mother who was burned alive in front of her, according to a report by The Times of India.

On 14 June, Anu Bansal, Latika’s mother was burned alive in front of her by her in-laws for not having a son.

Latika called the police helpline for aid but no one responded in time. No ambulance arrived. By the time she reached the hospital, Anu Bansal had suffered 95 percent burns on her body.
