It’s not everyday that we see something that restores our faith in humanity!

However, this particular video - about 30-year-old Amanda Koefod from the US, who has been diagnosed with stage 3 Hodgkins Lymphoma (cancer) - happens to be one of those rare ones that narrate a tale people’s selfless love and generosity.

While shooting a video appealing for funds as part of an online campaign, Amanda and her husband are taken by complete surprise when they see hundreds of people coming into a store to voluntarily donate money to fund her treatment.

With a queue of people extending till outside the store, the couple are visibly overwhelmed with emotion.

Now, this act of generosity – which managed to raise around 13,000 in the end – must have surely come as a relief for Amanda, who does not even have a health insurance.
