In what can only be considered deeply unfortunate on New Year’s Eve, WhatsApp suffered an outage which left its users stranded, since ten o’clock at night. Fewer messages were sent and received over WhatsApp, following the brief blackout that left users high and dry.
Speaking to Gadgets 360, a WhatsApp spokesperson has confirmed that people have had trouble accessing the instant messaging app.
