Down by more than 12 million users just in the month of August, Pokémon Go has started losing its buzz even before its official launch in India, suggesting the game was just a fad.

With just over 30 million said to be playing Pokémon Go, the once famed gaming app had almost 45 million daily users in July. As downloads, engagement, and the time users spend on the app have all visibly flopped, further decline of the application is expected, according to data provided by Sensor Tower, SurveyMonkey, and Apptopia.
