Hockey: India Lifts U-18 Asia Cup, Beats Bangladesh 5-4 in Final

A goal in the last twenty seconds sealed the win for India in the under-18 Asia Cup finals against Bangladesh at Dhaka. The men in blue won the close encounter 5-4 and lifted the trophy.

India’s Home Minister Rajnath Singh and Sports Minister Vijay Goel congratulated India on the win. Senior team captain and goalkeeper PR Sreejesh too congratulated the under-18 side on this feat.
