The BCCI’s Committee of Administrators (COA) on Monday dispatched the audit report prepared by Deloitte to state associations, asking them to respond to them within 10 days.

Deloitte was employed to prepare an exhaustive audit report of various state units.

Hyderabad, Assam, Goa, Baroda and Jammu & Kashmir are some of the state units that have had adverse audit reports, indicating a lot of irregularities.

Till now, Deloitte had submitted all the audit reports to the BCCI directly and none of the state units had direct access to the reports.

Some of the state units requested the COA for access to the Deloitte report to understand the discrepancies that has been highlighted.

"Most of the state associations had asked for their respective audit reports to understand the irregularities highlighted, keeping in mind operational transparency," a top BCCI source said.

Agreeing to their request, the COA told them to study the report carefully and respond within 10 days with their observations as well as the corrective measures that can be taken by the state units.

The COA today (Monday) send out to all state associations their individual audit reports and has asked them to respond in the next 10 days.

After the Deloitte report was prepared, it was learnt that the Baroda Cricket Association had gifted gold coins to the association members.

Hyderabad CA's maladministration has been most widely documented.

The COA is now expected to meet on Tuesday in Mumbai, where the discussion will be exclusively cricket related.

The central contracts of national players may come up for discussion, along with revision of the daily allowances of both men and women cricketers.
