After a grand IPL opening ceremony in Hyderabad on Wednesday, Pune too, lived up to the expectations of all the cricket fans. There will be an opening ceremony in every city’s first match in this season.
It was actor Amy Jackson, who rocked the show in Hyderabad, and in Pune, Riteish Deshmukh was the star of the occasion, along with playback singer Shalmali Kholgade, ahead of the match between Rising Pune Supergiant and Mumbai Indians.
Former India captain MS Dhoni has walked out to play his first IPL match as just a wicketkeeper-batsman.
