Wave of ISIS Bombings in Baghdad Kill Over 20

The attacks come as Iraqi forces are fighting Islamic State militants in Falluja, just west of the capital.

• A wave of bombings across Iraq’s capital Baghdad that killed up to 20 people and injured 50 others took place on 30 May.
• ISIS has claimed responsibility for the attacks.
  
• The attacks took place at different locations around the town, with the detonation of two cars and an explosive belt set off by an ISIS militant riding a motorcycle.
  
• The attacks came amidst an operation by the Iraqi army to dislodge ISIS militants from Falluja, which is just west of the capital city.
