• Several people are feared dead after an avalanche buried a hotel in Central Italy on Thursday.
• According to initial reports, as many as 20 guests were staying at hotel Rigopiano in Abruzzo.
• Governor of Pescara, Antonio Di Marco, said on Facebook: "Unfortunately, a terrible tragedy happened, it seems that there may be some fatalities, but this has yet to be confirmed."
