How did we find out the truth?: We performed a relevant keyword search but did not find any credible reports supporting the claim.
We then checked for the original video of Trump and Netanyahu's interaction with the media.
This was shared by the official YouTube channel of The White House on 8 April.
The viral video starts at 36:26 timestamp in this extended version.
In the video, both of them answer a reporter's question about immigration of Gazans.
To this, Trump replies, "All it is a is a concept that I think is good and now people are copying it."
He then signals at Netanyahu and says, "Maybe you want to tell them? People are talking about the Trump plan. Gee, why do we do that? Would you like to answer that?"
Netanyahu then responds, "I think what the President talked about is first of all, to give people a choice. Gazans were closed in, and any other place, including arenas of battles, I mean whether its Ukraine or Syria, or any other place, people could leave. Gaza was the only place where they locked them in. We didn't lock them, They are locked in."And what is wrong in giving people a choice? Now, we have been talking including over lunch about some countries. I won't go into them right now, that are saying if Gazans want to leave, we want to take them in. And I think this is the right thing to do. It's going to take years to rebuild Gaza. In the meantime, people can have an option. President has a vision. Countries are responding to that vision or working on it. I hope we'll have good news for you."
Conclusion: A false claim is going viral to claim that Donald Trump and Benjamin Netanyahu have announced that Ukraine and Syria would build resettlement sites for Gazans.
