The International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) has been compiling the Global Hunger Index since 2006. In this, the problem of hunger is assessed by examining several countries of the world on some parameters. The ranking is decided on the availability of food, facts, and data.
The higher the ranking, the poorer is the performance of the country.
