Tripura police on Friday, 26 April, arrested a Facebook user for allegedly spreading fake information about a "divorce suit" filed against Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb by his wife Niti Deb, reported IANS.

Earlier in the day, Biplab Deb’s wife Niti took to Facebook to deny the allegations of having filed a divorce suit or of having accused him of domestic abuse.
