No Longer Black & White: Making History Come Alive

Dimple Negi has filled colours in some of the most iconic pictures of famous people and events.

Black and white frames often give allusion of a distant past. However, that wasn’t enough for Dimple Negi, a 24-year-old artist, who has been filling colours in some of the most iconic pictures of famous people and events.

In an attempt to make them come alive, the artist started a series in 2011 in which she colours vintage black and white pictures from the past.
