Rahul Gandhi is in Kerala to review the ongoing flood rehabilitation work in his constituency.
Congress MP Rahul Gandhi, is seen receiving a kiss by an unidentified man on Wednesday, 28 August during his visit to Wayanad, his constituency in Kerala.
A video of the incident shows a man in blue-shirt shaking hands with Gandhi, hugging him and eventually planting a kiss on the Congress leader's cheeks while he sat on the passenger seat of the car greeting people.
The man is seen being pulled back by a person who is not in the video frame. Gandhi, however, remains calm and continues greeting and shaking hands with people around his car.
Rahul Gandhi is on a four-day visit to his constituency in Kerala to review the ongoing flood rehabilitation work in his constituency.
Wayanad was one of the worst affected districts during the rains that battered several parts of the constituency, which saw around 50,000 people seeking refuge in state-run relief camps earlier this month.
