Officials have said that a police constable, identified as Ramakant Panda (40), allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself from a ceiling fan at his residence in Orchha, Madhya Pradesh.

Sources have told The Quint, that Panda had been investigated by the Special Task Force (STF) around three months ago in relation to the Vyapam scam.
