Singh, who was supervising preparations for the PM’s Muzaffarpur rally, claimed that the turnout at the rally would be a historic one. “Kai logon ko Chakkar Maidan ke naam se chakkar aa raha hai (Many are feeling dizzy at the mere name of Chakkar Maidan),” the senior BJP leader from Bihar said.

Prior to his rally at Muzaffarpur, Modi will visit Patna where he will launch a host of developmental projects and schemes — he will flag off two new trains, inaugurate an IIT campus, a gas pipeline scheme, as well as a rural electrification scheme.
