The pilot of the US-Bangla plane that crashed in Nepal in March had cried and suffered an emotional breakdown during the flight, according to a report by Nepal's investigators on one of the Himalayan nation's worst aviation accidents.
The Dhaka to Kathmandu US-Bangla Airlines flight, with 67 passengers and four crew members on board, caught fire after it careened off the runway and ploughed into a football ground near the Kathmandu's Tribhuvan International Airport on 12 March. Fifty-one people were killed in the accident.

Police officer Krishna Raj Ojha told AFP that 17-year-old Sani Khuna was killed "in firing to contain the violent protest". An indefinite curfew has been imposed in the area, he added.

CPI(M) general secretary Sitaram Yechury said there is "no question" of lending support to the ruling TMC or the BJP in the formation of gram panchayat boards in West Bengal, reported PTI.
"If we have single party (Left Front) majority, then we will form the board. But, there is no question of supporting the BJP or the TMC. Our stand is clear; we will fight against both the parties.
