Authorities are still trying to determine if the attacker, who was arrested, is among the seven injured.

A medium-intensity earthquake hit Haryana's Jhajjar district and its tremors were also felt in the national capital for the second time in less than 24 hours, the National Centre For Seismology said.
The quake occurred at 6.28 am on Monday, 10 September at a depth of 10 km and had a magnitude of 3.7, it said.

Four days after an HDFC Bank manager went missing in Mumbai Police detained a 20-year-old man in connection with the murder, the Indian Express reported.
According to the police, the detained manis a driver in Navi Mumbai. He has been identified as one Sarfaraz Shaikh and has given the names of three men who he claims to have stabbed the HDFC Bank executive in a parking lot inside Kamla Mill Compound in Lower Parel.
Police has suspected professional rivalry to be the reason for the murder.
A Somali police officer says a suicide bomber has detonated an explosives-laden vehicle at the gate of a district headquarters in Mogadishu.
This is the second such attack on a district headquarters in the capital this month.
The al Qaida-linked al-Shabab extremist group often claims responsibility.

Three persons were mowed down by a speeding state-run Road Transport Corporation bus in Gachibowli, Hyderabad on Monday. The incident took place at 6.40 am when they were crossing the road.
Police said that the bus plying from Lingampally to Koti was traveling at a high speed and didn’t slow down at the junction even when the pedestrians were crossing the Gachibowli junction and ran over them.
