Two Injured in J&K As Device They Were Fiddling With Explodes

Shahid and Ikhlaq were shifted to a hospital for treatment, police said.

Two boys were injured on Wednesday, 30 April, in Jammu and Kashmir's Kulgam district after a device exploded, according to an ANI report. The police said the boys sustained minor injuries.

The police also said that the boys - Shahid and Ikhlaq - were fiddling with the device when the incident occured. They were immediately taken to the hospital.

The doctor said that the condition of both the boys is stable. Ikhlaq was later discharged from the hospital after preliminary treatment.

The police has taken cognizance of the incident and have launched an investigation.
