Isha Ambani to Wed Longtime Friend Anand Piramal in December
Isha and Anand are all set to tie the knot in December of this year.
Isha Ambani, daughter of Mukesh and Nita Ambani, will wed Anand Piramal, son of Swati and Ajay Piramal in December later this year, it was announced . Their families are close, according to reports and Anand and Isha have long been friends.
Isha, whose twin is Akash Ambani, is presently pursuing an MBA at the Graduate School of Business, Stanford. She is also on the board of Reliance Jio and Reliance Retail.
Anand, who proposed to Isha at a temple in Mahabaleshwar, is the founder of Piramal Realty, one of India’s top real estate companies. Prior to this, he had founded Piramal Swasthya, a rural healthcare initiative. He is currently an Executive Director of the Piramal Group and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
The soon-to-be wed couple celebrated the occasion of their engagement with a lunch along with their parents and close family members.
