Men Burn 2 People Alive, Fake Own Deaths for Rs 3 Crore Insurance
Two men from Haryana allegedly burnt two people in a car in Barsana, Uttar Pradesh, to claim life insurance.
Police in Mathura have arrested one man from Haryana’s Palwal district, who is one of the accused in the case of burning two men for claiming life insurance.
The Times of India reported that the two men allegedly burnt two people in a car in Barsana, Uttar Pradesh, on Thursday, 7 February. Lalaram, 35, and Rohtash, 34, planned the gruesome murder as they attempted to fake their deaths to claim insurance worth Rs 3.2 crore.
The almost unrecognisable bodies of the two people murdered, Kunwarpal, 40, and Kekhan, 38, were found charred inside the burnt vehicle.
An investigation into their death is underway and more details about the murders is awaited.
