Three Army jawans who went missing after being hit by an avalanche in the Tangdhar region of the Kupwara district in Jammu and Kashmir, lost their lives on Wednesday, 4 December, reported ANI quoting sources.
Several jawans hit by the avalanche have been rescued earlier on Tuesday.
On 30 November, two Army personnel were killed after an avalanche hit their patrol at an altitude of about 18,000 feet in southern region of the Siachen Glacier.
