32-Year-Old Raped in Jaipur-Bandra Express, Accused Arrested

A 32-year-old woman was allegedly raped in the Jaipur-Bandra express on 9 June, several media houses reported on Tuesday. The reports add that she was allegedly raped on the pretext of offering her a berth in the sleeping car of the train.
The Ministry of Railways on Tuesday took to Twitter to inform that the accused has been arrested.
A case has been registered under Section 376 at GRP Jaipur on 12 June and transferred to GRP Surat, it further said.
