An SUV rammed into two bike-borne students of Banaras Hindu University (BHU) on Saturday afternoon which led to a mob setting the car on fire, reports The Times of India. Heavy police force has been deployed on the campus.

The two students injured in the accident, Rakesh Singh and Anju Singh, belonged to the Visual Arts faculty of the university and have been admitted to the trauma centre of BHU. The two were on their motorcycle, when the SUV allegedly hit them from behind.
