‘No Anti-Incumbency in MP’: Shivraj Singh Chouhan Post Exit Polls

Speaking to the press on Saturday, 8 December, a day after multiple exit polls predicted a victory for the Congress in Madhya Pradesh, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has maintained that he is confident the BJP will win this time again.

“Please note this. The Bharatiya Janata Party will win with a big margin. There is no anti incumbency. In fact, there is pro incumbency.

Chouhan further asserted that the Congress is spreading false claims, and that they should “stay warned”.

“The Congress is trying to make a lot of noise in everything. So, we should tell them to stay warned.”

Shivraj Singh Chouhan also said that the BJP is pleased.

According to ANI, BJP leaders in Madhya Pradesh, on Saturday, held a meeting at the party headquarter in Bhopal, where Shivraj Singh Chouhan, state President Rakesh Singh, state Home Minister Bhupendra Singh and BJP MP Manohar Untwal were also present.
