President of France, Francois Hollande will be the chief guest for the 67th Republic Day celebration of India, according to reports.

A report by The Economic Times on 1 August 2015 had hinted at the possibility of either Hollande or British Prime Minister David Cameron as the chief guest for the republic day celebration.

India is one of the G20 countries which have pledged support to the bereaved nation of France after the deadly attack on 14 November that has killed 130 people.

Hollande has declared a war against ISIS after the attack.
