The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC), Ranchi declared the Class 10 on Thursday, 16 May 2019. The students can check their results on the Jharkhand Academic Council official website http://jac.nic.in/.
70.77% students cleared the class 10 examination this year. According to Jharkhand Academic Council, 4,38,256 students took the exam at 937 centres across the state this year and 3,10,158 students have passed.
Priya Raj became the state topper by scoring 99.2%. She is student of Indira Gandhi Balika High School, a government residential school for girls in Hazaribag.

The examinations were conducted from 20 February to 9 March 2019. Over 4.5 lakh candidates had appeared in Class 10 board examination conducted by JAC for the year 2018-2019.
In 2018, the result was announced on 12 May and a total of 59.48 percent of students had cleared the exams.
Jharkhand Academic Council or JAC looks after the education system of Jharkhand. It is responsible for conducting Class 10 and Class 12 examination in the state. It was established on 15 November 2000.
